Ultra High Throughput Acid Steam Cleaning System
What Acid Cleaner Does?
Clean labware is crucial for accurate trace metal analysis, but traditional cleaning methods like acid soaking and microwave digestion are time-consuming and leave behind residue.
Introducing the solution you've been waiting for: acid cleaning.
Why acid cleaning?
Why AC XXXL?
Ultra High Throughput: Maximum capacity of 252 digestion tubes
Highly Automated, Intelligent
Ultra High Throughput
Large Single-channel capacity with three channels available
• Each channel processes up to 84 digestion tubes.
• Users can choose to activate one, two, or all three channels simultaneously, allowing for the cleaning of various cleaning racks.
Short runtime and fast turnover
• A full cycle can be completed in as little as 8 hours, allowing up to 504 digestion tubes to be cleaned daily.
• Start a batch in the morning, finish by the end of the day, start another before leaving, and it will finish by the next morning.
Fully Automated

The patented core tech provides guaranteed thoroughness
US PATENT: US10,864,560
REAL TEMPERATURE CONTROL(RTC)
ensures the highest purity of acid vapor
The Teflon-treated sensor directly monitors the actual acid temperature in real time which ensures an ideal sub-boiling condition.
Traditional cleaners only monitor the heater’s temperature. This results in less accuracy of the measuring, less control of the acid temperature and lower purity of the acid vapor.
ONE-WAY VAPOR TECH(OWV)
ensures no secondary contamination from the waste acid
can be achieved even with trace metal grade acid.
More than a simple cleaning
Better Materials
Made of PTFE
MORE DURABLE, MORE VERSATILE
There is no quartz containing ppm level metal elements that is unable to resist HF.
Seamless Construction
NO DEAD CORNERS & NEVER CRACK
The cleaning chamber is an integrated
unibody which will withstand many
decades of simultaneous hot acid and
high temperature.
Polypropylene Chassis
CORROSION RESISTANT AND NO METAL
background in the trace element analysis laboratories.
Safer
PTC Heating
The Safest Heaters! No Supervision Needed
fire.
Level/pH Real-Time Monitoring
Prevents Dryrun/Overflow/Inadequate Neutralization
the instrument monitors the pH of the neutralization solution. Level and pH self-checks start upon initiation. With any problem, the user is notified and the machine shuts down.
Pressure Real-Time Monitoring
Ensures Sealing Against High Pressure
Various Racks
Advanced & Wide Use
Customizable
In contrast to typical support rods, Amerlab’s is far more capable of guiding maximal steam.
Its unique hollow steam pipe’s spray reaches the inner vessel through jet holes.
Interchangeable racks allow for cleaning larger variety of vessels – from 5ml volumetric flasks to 2 liter
beakers.
